Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Coordinator – Revenue Operations to be based in San Francisco or Silicon Valley. The role focuses on billing, A/R monitoring, and managing the full invoicing cycle for a group of billing attorneys.

You will liaise with attorneys, support staff, the Global Finance team, and clients to ensure timely responses and accurate invoicing, posting, and compliance with rate agreements. A high school diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 3+ years of billing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of general accounting practices and billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise among attorneys, support staff, the Global Finance team, and clients to ensure timely responses.
• Prepare, analyze, approve, and post client invoices, ensuring compliance with firm policies and rate agreements.
• Generate and review proformas from 3E; monitor WIP and flag balances to billing attorneys per guidance.
• Promote best practices for matter maintenance and timely conversion of WIP to cash.
• Deliver invoices to clients or coordinate on E-billing onboarding and delivery status.
• Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential information.
