Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP seeks a Central Billing Coordinator II to drive billing accuracy, collaboration with CRLs, and timely invoicing for firm services. You will analyze billing trends, maintain records, and support the revenue cycle with proactive problem solving and client service.

You will work with engagement teams to ensure proper billing for standard and out-of-scope activities, while helping implement firm-wide processes and trainings.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience required.
• 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams to understand billing expectations and industry standards.
• Analyze past billing trends and provide suggested amounts for standard and out-of-scope work.
• Maintain accurate billing records and identify discrepancies or errors across files.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and timeliness; ensure proper billing for out-of-scope work.
• Support revenue cycle management including A/R posting and adjustments when needed.
• Assist with training of Coordinators and new hires on billing processes and systems.
• Provide ongoing client service support by responding to billing inquiries and updates.
• Participate in financial analysis of production, profitability, and overall performance weekly.
