Job summary

Trustmark is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage and process client billing activities, including invoices, payments, and inquiries. The role emphasizes accuracy in change reports, reconciliation and timely resolution of issues as clients transition from implementation to post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client Payroll Deduction Specialists for smooth transition from implementation to post-implementation maintenance.
• Maintain regular client contact during post-implementation to ensure accuracy of change reports, list bills, and reconciliation summaries.
• Research moderately complex billing inquiries to provide timely and optimal resolution.
• Assist with payroll deduction issue resolution and client suspense account reconciliation.
• Analyze data and collaborate with others to obtain information for requests from internal and external customers (bills, check requests, change reports, reconciliation summaries, etc.).
