Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Billing Supervisor to oversee e-billing and receivables with hands-on coordination of the cycle workflow. You will post payments, correct charges, and reconcile monthly deposits, while supporting auditors and enabling timely client invoicing.

The role requires supervisory experience and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting analyses to senior leadership with clear communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong billing and receivables knowledge, including e-billing systems.
• Supervisory experience and leadership capabilities are preferred.
• Experience coordinating with controllers and accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee e-billing and receivables processes and related workflow.
• Prepare monthly and adhoc billing reports for clients and management.
• Ensure timely invoice submission in line with timelines.
• Collaborate with Controller to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
• Support internal and external auditors as needed.
• Supervise e-billing and receivables staff and provide feedback.
