Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing launch mechanisms from pre-launch to post-launch.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with finance, tax, legal, and product teams.
• Develop billing SOPs and metrics; manage automation roadmap.
• Identify root causes of data discrepancies and implement solutions.
• Communicate risks and status to leadership.
