Job summary

Ryder in Nashville, TN is seeking a Billing Coordinator III to manage daily auditing, client invoicing, and contract review across multiple accounts. You will acquire familiarity with our systems and propose procedures to meet client needs while interfacing with field operations and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely billing, and strong communication skills. You will maintain client files, train backups, and support field operations to resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Must be computer literate with MS Office.
• Experience in billing or credit & collections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit manifests daily and verify notes, review expenses to be paid.
• Invoice assigned clients daily and/or weekly.
• Understand the contract terms for each client.
• Maintain client contract files and perform audits as assigned by Supervisor.
• Train as backup for other clients.
