Job summary

CLA is seeking a Central Billing Coordinator II to lead billing operations and practice management for the firm’s services. You will collaborate with Client Relationship Leaders, engagement teams, and leadership to process invoices, monitor payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.

In this role you’ll analyze billing data, ensure accuracy, and support the revenue cycle with proactive reporting and follow-up on aging A/R, while mentoring Coordinators and contributing to training materials.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience required.
• 2 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelors in Business Administration or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations and past billing trends.
• Maintain accurate billing records and identify discrepancies or errors; assist Coordinators as needed.
• Analyze billing data and stay up-to-date on industry regulations and trends related to client billing.
• Process and monitor invoices; ensure out-of-scope activities are billed and report billing activity trends.
• Assist with revenue cycle management, A/R postings, data updates, and training for new hires.
