Qualifications

• 5+ years of billing, AR, or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR
• Proficiency with Deltek or Vantagepoint preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and review customer invoices for accuracy and timely submission
• Handle AR activities, including payment posting and account maintenance
• Enter and maintain billing, financial, and customer information
• Review accounts and research discrepancies or billing issues
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end activities
• Provide support with timesheet entry and review
• Work with internal teams to resolve billing and timekeeping questions
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Assist with reporting and other accounting-related projects
• Provide additional support to the accounting team as needed
