McKinstry seeks a Senior Manager, Bill-to-Pay Operations to lead the Accounts Payable and payments function in Seattle, WA. You will oversee AP invoicing, subcontract invoicing, expense reimbursements, vendor payments, and PCard programs while driving process improvements and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, Shared Services, Accounting Operations, Payment Operations, or related Finance Operations.
• 3+ years leading large transactional teams through supervisors, managers, and team leads.
• Experience managing Bill-to-Pay operations in complex, multi-entity organizations with high invoice volumes.

Responsibilities

• Own Bill-to-Pay operations including AP invoicing, subcontract invoicing, expense reimbursements, vendor payments, and PCard administration.
• Establish KPIs, service levels, and operating rhythms to drive execution and performance.
• Lead resolution of issues impacting vendors, payments, and month-end close.
• Partner with Procurement, Operations, Treasury, and Finance to support growth and improvements.
