Job summary

Bloowatch is seeking a highly experienced Technical Support and Customer Success professional to join our remote team. You will work directly with clients in English and French to resolve issues and improve satisfaction within a growing SaaS platform for watersports and outdoor activity providers.

Responsibilities include providing live chat support via Intercom, conducting bilingual client training, reducing churn, and contributing to knowledge base improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B software support or Customer Success.
• 2+ years of experience in livechat support.
• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide live chat support (Intercom) in English and French.
• Conduct customer training in both languages.
• Help reduce churn by recovering clients and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the knowledge base and internal processes.
• Manage customer inquiries independently and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Work proactively in a startup environment with evolving challenges.
