Qualifications

• 5+ years in a network management-related role (contracting or provider services).
• 3+ years in ancillary/facility/group credentialing (Florida-specific).
• 3+ years in Medicaid/Long Term Care contracts, claims, credentialing.
• 3+ years of network adequacy analysis.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; travel to Tampa region.
• Resident in Tampa SMMC Region D or nearby.
• Experience with provider credentialing apps, contracting, and fee tables.

Responsibilities

• Apply provider network knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
• Use MS Office tools (Excel/Outlook/Teams/Word) and manage spreadsheets; Access knowledge a plus.
• Take initiative and resolve issues; multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Understand Medicaid and Long Term Care programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers; ensure appropriate LTC/HCBS distribution.
• Negotiate contracts per templates and ensure network alignment.
