Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
1+ years of experience in sales and service.
1+ years of cash handling experience.
1+ years of prior financial institution experience.
Maintains composure and professionalism in high-stakes situations.
Notary – State Certification and Notary Public duties may be required.

Responsibilities

Deliver expert-level member service and relationship-building through comprehensive financial conversations.
Provide advanced onboarding and consultative financial support using a sales approach.
Educate members on digital tools like online banking and mobile apps.
Handle a wide range of complex member transactions with accuracy and compliance.
Serve as senior escalation resource for high-risk and complex issues.
Support branch leadership in the absence of a leader and assist with branch operations.
Support lending and business account services and promote long-term relationships.
