Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a driven MSR to acquire, expand, and enrich member relationships while delivering outstanding service. You will balance cash, perform deposits, and refer members to Wealth Management, Commercial, Mortgage, or Insurance departments as needed.

You will drive sales through outbound calls, maintain accuracy, and uphold confidential member information in a fast-paced environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related MSR experience or 12 months in an MSR role with knowledge of credit union products.
• Demonstrates high energy, sales ability and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management to meet deadlines and organize work efficiently.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Proficient with related computer applications, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Proven relationship-building skills and ability to work independently.
• Must be bondable and able to work with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service, greet members, use their name, and thank them for their business.
• Build member relationships by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate GreenState products.
• Profile members to uncover opportunities for additional business.
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow credit union cash handling procedures.
• Make weekly outbound sales calls to members.
• Support vault duties including cash ordering, balancing, and drawer audits.
• Adhere to all regulatory policies and department guidelines.
• Represent the credit union professionally and participate in team goals.
