Job summary

Colorado Mountain College is seeking a Senior Enrollment Services Specialist to assist with recruiting and pre-enrollment follow-up, representing the college at campus events and off-campus engagements.

The role supports admissions, registrar, and financial aid services, with duties across Dillon and Breckenridge campuses and some time at Summit High School, including occasional evening hours. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are required with a 5% differential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and two years related work experience; or Associate's Degree and three years; or High School Diploma/GED and four years related experience.
• Admissions and recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, pre-enrollment, and student services activities across campuses.
• Coordinate local high school visits and tours for prospective students.
• Assist in onboarding new students and coordinating admissions procedures.
• Provide front desk and student services support as needed.
• Travel within the college district and occasional evening/weekend hours.
