Job summary

Colorado Mountain College is seeking a Senior Enrollment Services Specialist to support recruiting, pre-enrollment, and student services across the Dillon and Breckenridge campuses, with occasional hours at Summit High School.

The role requires strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities, bilingual Spanish/English capabilities with a 5% pay differential, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. Evening hours may be required for campus events.

Qualifications

• Education and experience sufficient for the rigors of the position; examples include a Bachelor's Degree and two years related work experience; or an Associate's Degree and three years; or High School Diploma/GED and four years related work experience.
• Previous admissions and recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, pre-enrollment, and student services activities including scheduling local high school visits.
• Assist with onboarding new students and developing admissions processes.
• Follow-up with prospective students via phone and email; determine residency status.
