Job summary

Eaton’s AER MSD Mission System Division is seeking a Pricing Analyst in Orchard Park, NY. This role offers a 9/80 hybrid work schedule after onboarding and an anticipated annual salary range of $71,000 to $105,000.

The Pricing Analyst supports major government and commercial cost proposals, ensures FAR/TINA compliance, develops cost models and spreadsheets, and coordinates with Finance, Contracts, Engineering and senior management. Salaries are market-driven and based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year experience within supply chain, accounting/finance, business development or engineering within manufacturing.
• No relocation offered; must reside within 50 miles of Orchard Park, NY.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information and the candidate must be a U.S. person.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, evaluate, coordinate, prepare and oversee multi-million dollar cost proposals to government and commercial customers.
• Ensure adherence to FAR and TINA with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, submission, and negotiations.
• Review and interpret the RFP for pricing requirements and coordinate the approach and schedule with the proposal team.
• Coordinate cost proposal efforts with Finance, Contracts, Development, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Senior Management.
• Estimate labor and material costs for manufacturing and engineering based on proposals.
• Research historical data and develop fully compliant and accurate proposals.
• Develop spreadsheet models and create fully traceable summaries.
• Support changes or modifications with the customer and participate in contract negotiations.
• Perform final certification on all government proposals.
• Analyze and respond to customer fact-finding external audits.
• All positions may require interviews and compliance with privacy and data security standards.
