Job summary

Mile Marker LLC is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Biddable to lead paid advertising initiatives across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and retail media networks. The role combines strategic planning, budget allocation, keyword research, ad creative optimization, and performance analysis to maximize client outcomes.

You will mentor a team of biddable media managers, collaborate with clients, and drive data-driven decisions to improve ROAS and CPA metrics.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of overall experience in digital advertising
• 2+ years hands-on agency experience
• 3+ years managing & mentoring Biddable teams
• Deep understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and other major biddable platforms
• Experience managing conversion-based campaigns across platforms is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to align audience, objectives and budget constraints for tailored biddable media strategies
• Identify keywords, audiences, and placements across platforms
• Set campaign goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
• Build and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Create and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Develop product-centric campaigns on retail media networks
• Set bids, budgets, and campaign structures based on data
• Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets
• Monitor metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS) and adjust bids/targets
• Perform A/B testing and conversion incrementality tests
• Generate comprehensive performance reports and stay updated on trends
