Job summary

Mile Marker LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Paid Search & Social (Biddable) to lead and optimize multi-client campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and retail media networks. You will collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to align goals, messaging, and performance while managing budgets and forecasting.

The role requires strong analytics, client-facing communication, and the ability to mentor a small team in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Experience in Direct-to-Consumer or conversion-based media campaigns.
• Ability to lead, mentor, or manage junior team members.
• Exceptional analytical skills — you instinctively dig into campaign data to understand what’s working and why.
• Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Effective communication and client-facing skills with experience presenting results and strategies.
• Experience managing budgets and media planning across multiple accounts.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agency environment and juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns for multiple clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, strategy) to ensure alignment of Campaign strategy, campaign goals, messaging, and performance.
• Provide hands-on campaign execution, management and oversight on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok and similar platforms.
• Contribute to campaign forecasting, media planning, and budget management across channels.
• Mentor and manage a small team of Media planners or Managers providing strategic direction, support, and feedback.
• Develop performance decks and clearly communicate performance trends and opportunities to clients on weekly/bi‑weekly or monthly cadence.
