Outsourcey in the United States is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to lead the full lifecycle of construction bids. You will coordinate opportunities, gather pricing and technical details, and ensure timely submission of complete tender packages.

Collaborate with estimators, project managers, procurement, and leadership; source subcontractor quotations; review drawings and contracts to define scope and risks; maintain a robust bid pipeline and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Construction bid management experience: 3+ years in bids, tenders, or proposal management.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contracts, procurement and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• Clear written and spoken communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic estimating or management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid process from opportunity identification through submission and post-bid follow-up.
• Prepare tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate internal teams to gather pricing, technical information, and docs.
• Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for bid support.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts to identify scope, risks, and submission needs.
• Maintain bid pipeline, track opportunities, outcomes, and tender records.
• Ensure proposals meet company standards and client guidelines before delivery.
• Support bid strategy and process improvements to raise win rates.
