Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in related field; in lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with data visualization governance and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, maintenance and communication of data visualization governance and development standards across the enterprise.
• Analyze complex business problems and prepare detailed specifications for objects to be written.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on development best practices.
• Design and architect high performance data visualization solutions that are scalable and maintainable.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics leadership on Tableau usage and analytics strategy.
• Provide status updates, raise issues and communicate risks to project schedules.
• Assist management with employee development initiatives and training.
• Facets and Healthcare Claims Processing knowledge is a must.
