You will mentor team members, collaborate with Data & Analytics leadership, and influence tactical and strategic decisions based on data insights. Strong communication and governance skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in related field; in lieu of degree, 10+ years.
• Knowledge of CMS Guidelines and FWA trends are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise thought leadership on data visualization and analytic report development.
• Lead creation and governance of data visualization standards across the enterprise.
• Mentor junior team members and advocate best practices in development.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics leadership to guide Tableau usage and viz strategy.
• Design high-performance, scalable data visualization solutions.
• Communicate risks and status to ensure project success.
