Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior data visualization architect to lead enterprise-wide visualization governance and analytic report development. The role focuses on setting standards, improving solution quality, and guiding teams in best practices for scalable Tableau-based analytics.

You will collaborate with Data & Analytics leadership, mentor junior staff, and influence tactical decisions to deliver high-value insights across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree; 8+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.
• Knowledge of CMS Guidelines and FWA trends is required.
• Facets and Healthcare Claims Processing knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise/divisional thought leadership on data visualization and analytic report development.
• Lead creation, maintenance and communication of data visualization governance and standards.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to junior team members.
• Design and architect high-performance data visualization solutions for scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics leadership on Tableau usage and strategy.
• Identify best practices and drive adoption across the organization.
