Job summary

Blue Cross NC seeks a senior data visualization architect to lead enterprise analytics, governance, and development standards. You will mentor junior staff, partner with Data & Analytics leadership, and guide Tableau-based solutions from discovery through delivery.

This role requires 8+ years in data analytics, a Bachelor's or higher, and expertise in data visualization, modeling, and statistics. The position is based in the United States with competitive benefits as part of a robust Total

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
8+ years of experience in related field.
In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation, maintenance and communication of data visualization governance and development standards.
Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to junior team members by guiding them on development best practices.
Design and architect high performance data visualization solutions to enable delivery analytic value.
Facilitate cross-functional problem solving sessions to deliver projects successfully.
Act as a technical resource for the team; advise on systems, processes and procedures.
