Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Team Lead to guide end-to-end BI/analytics solutions for electric utility projects. You will partner with stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable dashboards, data models, and automated workflows, and lead a BI team in a client-facing capacity.

Hybrid role in Las Vegas with a salary range of $100,000–$125,000, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards, reports, and analytics with Power BI/Tableau/Oracle.
• Knowledge of Oracle Unifier and Primavera P6.
• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Engineering/Analytics or related field; 5+ years BI/analytics/tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI initiatives end-to-end from discovery to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to BI team and collaborate with cross-functional resources.
• Translate business requirements into scalable dashboards, data models, and automated workflows.
• Develop dashboards/reports for project controls metrics like schedule, cost, forecasts, KPIs.
