E2 Consulting Engineers, LLP is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Team Lead to lead the full-cycle BI design, development, and deployment for electric utility projects. You will translate business requirements into scalable reporting, dashboards, and data models while guiding the BI team and coordinating with stakeholders.

This client-facing role requires deep experience with Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, and data integration, delivering reliable analytics across portfolios,

Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization, developing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Power BI, Tableau, and/or Oracle.
• Experience with Oracle databases, Oracle Unifier.
• Expereince with Primavera P6.
• Experience with structured and semi-structured data sources, including Excel and CSV files.
• Experience gathering business requirements, defining technical solutions, conducting testing and quality control, and supporting production deployments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Applications, including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI initiatives from discovery through solution delivery, scope, design, development, testing, release management, production, and maintenance.
• Manage maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to BI solutions as business needs evolve.
• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day leadership to BI team members.
• Translate business requirements into scalable dashboards, reports, data models, automated workflows, and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and adoption of BI solutions.
