Job summary
E2 Consulting Engineers, LLP seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Team Lead to drive design, development, and deployment of BI and analytics for a portfolio of electric utility projects. You will lead the BI team, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver scalable dashboards and data models across Oracle-based sources.
The role focuses on data integration, project controls, and continuous improvement of reporting processes, with client-facing responsibilities and a hybrid work setup
Qualifications
- Experience in BI, analytics, data engineering or related analytical/technical role.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency with BI tools and data visualization.
- Experience with data modeling, data validation and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience with Oracle databases, Unifier, Primavera P6.
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead BI initiatives from discovery to implementation and maintenance.
- Oversee data integration, dashboards, and reports across multiple sources.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to BI team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
