Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP seeks a Senior BI Analyst / Team Lead to guide full-cycle BI solutions for electric utility projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable dashboards, data models, and analytics, driving data-driven decisions across portfolios.

The role requires experience with Oracle databases, Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, and Excel, delivering reliable reporting and insights in a client-facing capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and/or Oracle.
• Experience with Oracle databases and Oracle Unifier.
• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience with structured and semi-structured data sources, including Excel and CSV files.
• Experience gathering business requirements, defining technical solutions, testing and QA, and supporting production deployments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI initiatives from discovery through deployment, including requirements gathering, design, development, QA, release, and maintenance.
• Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions as business needs evolve.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to BI teammates and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, data models, workflows, and analytic tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor project controls metrics such as schedule, budget, forecasts, risks, and KPIs.
• Identify data quality issues and implement data standardization and governance improvements.
