Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of analytics/BI experience with complex reporting deliverables.
• Production dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong SQL with complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and tuning.
• Advanced Excel for large datasets and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports communicating key metrics.
• Use SQL to query, transform, and validate large datasets; resolve data-quality issues.
• Create integrated analytical datasets across finance, commercial, and operations to support reporting.
• Develop upstream data models (e.g., SQL views) to streamline Power BI workloads.
• Optimize performance of SQL queries and Power BI visuals/DAX; monitor governance and security.
• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences; ensure data lineage and validation.
• Maintain metric definitions, data source lineage, and release practices; document dashboards and reduce duplication.
• Assist in BI adoption through documentation and user enablement.
