Job summary

TekGlobal Partners in Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid) seeks a BI professional to design dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data models for enterprise clients.

Work with stakeholders to define metrics and deploy Power BI or Tableau solutions that drive faster, better-informed decisions; requires 2+ years in BI and strong SQL skills.

Hybrid schedule with health, dental, and vision coverage and access to training resources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Power BI or Tableau in a client-facing or enterprise role.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one of DAX, Python, or dimensional modeling.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical finance audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver BI solutions including dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data models for enterprise clients.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define metrics, build semantic models, and deploy BI solutions.
