Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a skilled BI professional to develop enterprise BI service offerings and value propositions. You will collaborate with end users to identify data management needs and deliver real-time dashboards and insights.

Responsibilities include maintaining data warehouses, ensuring data quality, and enabling ad-hoc analysis with tools like Power BI, SSRS, Cognos, and Qlik, while mentoring users and supporting BI adoption.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Master’s degree in computer science or related area (can substitute for 12 years of experience and BS degree).
• Expert using common BI tools including Power BI, SSRS, IBM Cognos, Qlik.
• Prefer experience in R/Python, Jupyter Lab, Git, Visual Studio.
• Understanding of Knowledge, Information and Data Management.
• Must have high-level written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new enterprise BI service offerings, content creation, and value propositions.
• Collaborate with end users to identify needs for improved data management and delivery.
• Maintain an operational data store and enterprise data warehouse using BI best practices.
