Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a BI Manager to lead analytics discovery, design and deliver dashboards for client real estate programs, and advance data governance. You will partner with multiple teams to translate business requirements into measurable KPIs and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Industry Designation.
• 7+ years of experience in analyzing building equipment maintenance plans and strategy.
• 7+ years of experience in analyzing building equipment performance and health.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or equivalent tool/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics discovery sessions.
• Define, design, develop and deliver dashboards for Cushman & Wakefield’s Real Estate program.
• Own and execute data governance program and coordinate data security efforts.
• Mentor team members and participate in Quarterly Business Review Meetings.
• Support solution architect in data model exercises and integration work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and KPIs.
