Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a BI Manager to lead analytics initiatives for client technology solutions in real estate programs. You will drive discovery sessions, collaborate with solution architects on data models, and deliver scalable dashboards using Cushman & Wakefield’s BI platform.

You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to document requirements, enforce data governance, and guide data strategy to improve operations and reporting across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment maintenance plans and strategy.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing building equipment performance and health.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI or equivalent tool/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Analytics Discovery sessions.
• Define, Design, Develop and Deliver dashboards for a client’s Real Estate program using the BI Platform.
• Own and execute data governance and participate in data security programs.
• Manage executive stakeholder commitments on KPIs and data reporting needs.
