Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI's, improve forecasting, and translate analytics into actions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms.
• 1-2 years within a Sales or Sales Enablement organization (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the healthcare business context and CVS Health environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support sales insights and decision-making.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and related data sources.
• Develop and optimize data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality for usability and performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver aligned reporting.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
• Troubleshoot report issues, data inconsistencies, and user questions to ensure reliable daily reporting.
• Assist in data validation, testing, and release readiness for reporting enhancements.
• Maintain DataMart reliability, scalability, and data integrity across analytics assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve report design and user experience.
• Adhere to governance, documentation, and development standards for sustainable analytics.
