Job summary

CirrusMD is seeking a seasoned Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights across product, clinical, client success, finance and engineering teams. You’ll own the data lifecycle, build robust metrics, and shape the Looker semantic layer to enable data-informed decisions.

Remote within the United States, 5+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL, Snowflake and Looker expertise are required.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant analytics experience.
Strategic partnership translating business requirements into technical execution.
Strong to advanced SQL; Snowflake and Looker experience.
Expert in building semantic layers (LookML) and data architecture best practices.
Lifecycle management from greenfield modeling to refactoring.
Excellent communication for non-technical stakeholders.
Autonomy in prioritizing competing tasks.
Experience fulfilling complex, client-facing data requests.

Responsibilities

Bridge the data partner to product, clinical, client success, finance, and engineering teams.
Architect measurement frameworks turning initiatives into defined metrics and ROI.
Own data lifecycle from ideation to client-facing reporting.
Collaborate with engineers to define data structures and Looker semantic layer.
Transform datasets into actionable insights guiding strategy.
Build and maintain visualization/reporting frameworks for KPIs.
