Job summary

EverCommerce is seeking a BI Engineering Manager to lead its BI engineering team in building scalable data solutions. You will guide design, development, and deployment of BI systems, establish data SLAs, and drive analytics using Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.

You will collaborate with data engineers to build pipelines, maintain data models in dbt, and automate ETL in Airflow, MWAA, or dbt Jobs. This role is fully remote with occasional travel to Denver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in BI engineering/analytics roles.
• Two+ years in a managerial or team-lead position within BI engineering/data warehousing or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the BI engineering team from design to deployment of BI systems and solutions.
• Establish SLAs for data availability and accuracy.
• Produce dashboards/reports using Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
