Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Data Engineer / BI Developer for a remote US-based role. You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines, build enterprise dashboards, and ensure data quality and security across BI platforms.

The role requires strong SQL, Python/Scala/C#, and hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau). Collaboration in an Agile environment with data governance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in data engineering, BI development, or database development.
• 3+ years ETL/ELT design and dimensional modeling.
• 3+ years creating enterprise dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong SQL writing, optimization, and debugging.
• Programming in Python, Scala, or C# for data pipelines.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines ingesting diverse data sources.
• Develop optimized SQL scripts and ETL workflows for data migration.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune data integration for freshness and latency.
