Job summary

Inceed is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer/BI Architect in Texas to guide our analytics strategy. You will design semantic models, build scalable Power BI solutions, and lead data-driven decision making across the organization.

Join a hands-on BI leader who translates business questions into trusted analytics, develops metrics, and mentors teams on BI architecture and modeling best practices. This role requires strong SQL and PySpark, and experience with Fabric and Delta Lake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of business intelligence or data analytics experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Hands‑on knowledge of semantic modeling and dimensional modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and transformation.
• Experience with Delta Lake and Apache Spark.
• Understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong communication skills for business stakeholder collaboration.

Position:

Lead Analytics Engineer/BI Architect

Compensation:

$130,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Hemsptead, Texas

This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on BI leader who can turn business questions into trusted analytics solutions. In this role, you’ll help shape the semantic layer, strengthen certified metrics, and build scalable Power BI solutions that support confident decision-making across the organization.

• Power BI certification or advanced DAX expertise.
