Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Business Intelligence specialist to design data models, dashboards, and automation for the Global Supply Chain. You will enable scalable analytics to support the ramp of New Glenn manufacturing and drive data-driven decisions across Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment, and Production Control.

The role emphasizes SQL, Python, data visualization, and building web-based analytic applications, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL skills in an analytics context to build datasets and models for enterprise use.
• Experience with Python to structure data frames, automate tasks, build ML models, and create visualizations.
• Experience building data-driven web applications or interactive visualizations beyond no-code BI tools.
• Comfort using AI coding assistants as part of daily development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Craft and develop scalable reporting, dashboards and data solutions using SQL, Tableau, and other tools.
• Build custom data visualizations and interactive analytical apps using web frameworks (Streamlit, Flask, Dash).
• Develop automation solutions to integrate disparate systems and automate workflows.
• Create analytical data models supporting production ramp and supply chain metrics.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify metrics and provide leadership reporting for reviews.
• Build strategic reporting for Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with partners to gather requirements for reporting and integration.
• Review outputs with AI coding assistants to ensure quality before production.
