Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, data analytics or related technical field.
• 2+ years SQL experience.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applying them to practical business problems.
• Experience with professional visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience building or contributing to applications/tools and gathering customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds data models supporting Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance processes, systems, and tools.
• Creates dashboards and key metrics used by program leadership for decision‑making and business reviews.
• Develops automated data pipelines using Python and SQL to enable teams across engineering, supply chain, configuration management, production, and operations.
• Applies AI/ML techniques and deploys machine learning models to support predictive insights and process improvements.
• Builds lightweight applications and tools that extend self‑service analytics capabilities for SQMA and Manufacturing Operations customers.
• Partners with Directors, Engineers, and Specialists to identify analytics needs and deliver self‑service reporting solutions.
• Leads technical data modeling efforts for cross‑functional analyses spanning programs across Blue Origin.
