Job summary

Motus Recruiting and Staffing is seeking a Software Developer for Reporting and Analytics in Portland, OR on a hybrid contract. The role focuses on creating Power BI reports and BI analytics solutions, coordinating with customers and technical teammates to deliver on reporting requirements.

Responsibilities include building and testing reports, scripting to customize policies and reports, and ensuring milestones are met by coordinating with team leads and project managers. U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and a valid driver's license.
• Education: BS in Information/Computer Technology or related field preferred.
• 3+ years IT experience with a degree, or 5+ years IT experience without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teammates and customers to translate requirements into reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Manage reporting projects across requirements, design, development, and testing.
• Build static and dynamic reports on a three-tier architecture.
• Write scripts and update templates to customize check-in policies and reports.
• Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot interoperability issues in web-driven apps using SQL for data access.
• Develop BI analytics solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Oversee schedules and escalate as needed to keep milestones on track.
• Coordinate issue resolution with team lead and project manager.
