Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to enhance data warehousing, ETL, and reporting capabilities. You will lead the end-to-end BI lifecycle from data modelling to dashboard delivery, driving data-driven decision making for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in BI development, data warehousing, or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend).
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions and models.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Create dashboards/reports with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective reporting.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure data quality through testing and validation.
• Optimize query and BI performance.
