Job summary

TransImpact is seeking a Level I Senior BI Developer to own BI solutions across data models, reports, and dashboards in the Microsoft stack. You will mentor juniors, lead technical work, and translate business needs for Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.

Office presence is preferred three days a week, with remote options available. This role requires 4–5 years of Microsoft BI experience, strong communication, and ability to deliver on time and within budget while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience with Microsoft BI: SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and related finance/sales.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of BI solutions including data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Design and develop in Microsoft BI stack: SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Data Factory.
• Participate in client discovery and requirements sessions for aligned solutions.
• Deliver projects on time and on budget; mentor developers and set coding standards.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and stay current on BI best practices.
• Support client onboarding and solution training sessions.
