Job summary

TransImpact, LLC is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer I to join our Professional Services team. This is a client-facing role focused on learning and applying BI tools to develop dashboards, data models, and reports under guidance.

You'll work on Power BI, DAX, SQL Server, and Azure Data Factory within our SaaS solutions for supply chain and logistics. The position offers opportunities for progression to higher BI roles and a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• 0–1 year of experience with Microsoft BI technologies.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL Server, and Azure Data Factory.
• Clear communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Must align with TransImpact’s Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Power BI reports and models.
• Implement data integration components using ImpactHub, SQL Stored Procedures, and ADF.
• Document report specifications and participate in testing.
• Troubleshoot data issues across SQL and BI solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliverables.
• Follow established implementation and development standards.
