Job summary

TransImpact is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer I to join our Professional Services team. The role focuses on learning and applying business intelligence tools and techniques to support the development of dashboards, data models, and reports under guidance from senior team members in support of our SaaS solutions.

The position is client-facing, consulting‑type, and responsible for billable work. It offers clear career progression into BI Developer II and III roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business analytics, or related field.
• 0 to 1 year’s experience with Microsoft BI technologies.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL Server, and Azure Data Factory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Power BI reports, visualizations, and models.
• Implement the data integration components of our product-based implementations using ImpactHub, SQL Stored Procedures, and Azure Data Factory.
• Document report specifications and participate in testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues across SQL and BI solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and refine deliverables.
• Follow established implementation and development standards.
