Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Developer to oversee data collection and interpretation.

Collaborate with the Director of BI to deliver data-driven insights and strategic analytics for resort operations. You will drive BI initiatives, maintain data standards, and lead cross-functional efforts to implement complex data integrations and improve reporting across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Two years analytical experience and database management.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with data integrations across platforms.
• Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.

Responsibilities

• Execute a roadmap of BI initiatives with deliverables and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain data management standards and documentation of sources, raw data, data marts, transformations, and report specs.
• Analyze data requirements for dashboards and reports; implement complex data integrations across multiple tables.
• Oversee data quality through validation and troubleshooting.
• Communicate and present findings; collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide end-user training and support to drive adoption of reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate UAT, deployments, training, and post-deployment support.
• Oversee and manage critical property process improvement initiatives.
• Provide direction to design and implement process efficiencies.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
