Job summary

Bally’s Interactive is hiring a BI Developer to join the Malta-based team, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the Malta office). You will transform data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support reporting and analytics.

The role emphasizes data quality, scalable solutions, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making. The team partners across Insights, Acquisition, Retention, Finance and ML to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• Experience in a BI/Developer analytics role.
• Strong SQL skills with experience working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI or similar visualization tools, with modern cloud-based data platforms (Databricks).
• Experience translating business requirements into clear, user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Exposure to working in agile, fast-paced environments is advantageous.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve analytics, reporting and development workflows.

Responsibilities
