Job summary

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer Senior to support enterprise reporting and analytics within a large healthcare organization. You will design, develop, and optimize BI solutions enabling data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL expertise, experience building enterprise reporting solutions, and a passion for mentoring junior developers, collaborating with business leaders and analysts across technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with submission of education credentials.
• Approximately 8 years of BI or data analytics experience.
• Strong SQL development and optimization experience.
• Experience designing enterprise BI solutions and dashboards.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior developers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of BI solutions.
• Develop scalable BI solutions and data models for decision making.
• Create complex data models and reporting structures.
• Build real-time dashboards to monitor KPIs and operations.
• Write and maintain advanced SQL queries and scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Enforce data governance, quality, and security practices.
• Troubleshoot BI and reporting issues and mentor juniors.
• Stay current on emerging BI technologies and methodologies.
• Support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives.
