Job summary

Bally's Interactive is seeking a BI Developer to transform data into actionable insights and deliver clear dashboards across our global business. You will work closely with stakeholders to capture reporting needs, build scalable solutions, and ensure data quality while embracing innovative technologies including AI tools.

The role is based in Malta with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office). You will join a team that partners with Insights, Acquisition, Retention, and more to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in a BI Developer or similar analytics role.
• Strong SQL skills with experience using relational databases.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards/reports using Tableau/Power BI; cloud-based data platforms, ideally Databricks.
• Experience translating business requirements into clear, user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Exposure to agile, fast-paced environments is advantageous.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve analytics, reporting and development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into clear, actionable insights to shape decisions across the global business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs; design and develop dashboards and reports delivering business value.
• Build scalable reporting solutions; monitor and improve data quality; identify opportunities to optimise processes.
• Support regulatory reporting and ad-hoc analysis; enable teams with data for informed decisions.
• Evolve BI capabilities by contributing ideas, improving performance, and embracing new technologies, including AI-powered tools.
