Job summary

CommuniCare Advantage, a Medicare Advantage plan affiliated with CommuniCare Health Services, is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design and build reports, dashboards, and KPI’s for decision support. The role will lead BI projects to improve usability, scalability, efficiency and security of BI tools.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS or IS.
• 5+ years in data preparation, data gateway, and data warehousing.
• 5+ years with the Microsoft BI Stack.
• Expertise in SQL queries, SSRS, and SSIS including DAX.
• 3–4 years with a self-service tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivots, charts).
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BI reports and dashboards, aligning with business requirements.
• Manage data sets to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and data security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into BI solutions.
• Train end-users on BI tools and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and stay current with BI feature updates and best practices.
