Job summary

Community Care Plan is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to design, build, and deliver BI solutions using T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI. The role emphasizes data warehousing, analytics, and MDX-based modeling to support decision-making across business units.

The SBID will mentor the BI team, collaborate with IT and stakeholders, and drive end-to-end BI projects from requirements to go-live while ensuring data quality and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university.
• 10+ years in SQL Server technologies including T-SQL, SSIS, and relational DBs.
• 10+ years in Analytics/OLAP Cube and Tabular Model development (SSAS/MDX).
• 10+ years in report development using SSRS.
• 5+ years in analytical reports/dashboards using Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement projects to develop BI data from multiple sources.
• Mentor BI team and align with management on needs.
• Collaborate with IT, BI, Data Warehousing to define metrics and dashboards.
• Develop reports and analytic models using SSIS, SSAS, MDX, and SSRS.
• Lead BI project lifecycle from requirements to go-live and QA.
• Identify data quality issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Provide status updates and monthly project scorecards.
• Maintain knowledge of BI best practices and professional development.
